Beck's Futures for the ICA A piece prepared for the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London, following an invitation to present ideas for an Experimenter En Couleur / Matthew Herbert collaboration. The concept works with mirroring, in which the collaborators take audio and visual samples of the immediate environment inside an audience filled box. These are then projected and played in real-time from opposite sides of the space. As audio can be echoed, so too can space itself. Being filmed by 5 cameras it has the ability to produce infinite reflections. Although the concept was highly approved of by the ICA the performance was never excecuted.
